Add any special requests under "Add special instructions to the seller" on PayPal application (such as sit near someone else, near the porta potties, etc.)

General Vendor Info

  • Vendor set-up begins at 7am. All vendors must be set up and in place by 8:45am
  • Vehicles WILL be permitted as allowed prior to 9am for unloading.
  • Weather permitting ONE vehicle MAY be permitted at your site. (determined on the day of the event)
  • Early Breakdown IS NOT permitted (Breakdown starts at 3 PM)
  • What you have at the end of the sale needs to be removed by you.
  • Kiwanis Beachcombers Committee will determine vendor space assignments
  • Kiwanis members WILL be on hand to greet and direct you to your space
  • No refunds will be given for any reason, including but not limited to weather or vendor non-participation.
    • If closed by State CO-VID requirements Refunds will be issued
  • Your registration is your donation to Kiwanis Club charities
  • Things to bring: Tables, Chairs, Trash Receptacles, Coverings in case of inclement weather
  • If you are a retail vendor and your organization doesn't allow duplicate vendors a refund may be processed at the club's discretion.

Food Vendors must provide Kiwanis with the following :

  • Food Handler Permit
  • Food Vendor Permit
  • Copy of Insurance
